Delete your ScoreKeep account
ScoreKeep is run by AI Eh By Solutions. You can delete your ScoreKeep account at any time, whether or not your account was approved.
Delete it now
Sign in the way you normally do. ScoreKeep then asks you to confirm, and to confirm it's you (your password, or Google or Apple again).
Sign in and delete my account
Already signed in? Open the menu, choose Account, then Delete account.
Can't sign in?
Email darryl.jackman@ai-eh-by.ca from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it's you, delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your ScoreKeep account record: email address, name, sign-in methods, role, approval status and dates.
- Your sign-in account with Google Firebase Authentication, including your password if you set one.
- If you signed in with Apple, ScoreKeep's access to your Apple ID is revoked.
- Every signed-in session on every device ends.
What is kept, and for how long
- Game records belong to the table, not to an account: player names, games and scores that people entered stay so the others at your table keep their history. Ask and an admin will rename your player (for example, to initials).
- Copies of the deleted account record can remain in ScoreKeep's backups and in Google Cloud's recovery copies until they expire, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
- Hosting logs (which can include IP addresses) expire on Google Cloud's schedule, also set out in the Privacy Policy.
